Across my career, I’ve built design systems that scale from product to platform and created the conditions for teams and clients to think differently.
At a large corporate investment bank, I defined the digital-first onboarding vision, connecting architecture, governance, and UX into one coherent strategy. This meant codifying design principles that balanced compliance, accessibility, and craft across multiple product teams.
I’ve run hundreds of design-thinking and service-design jams, bringing design and the customer’s voice to every level of the organisation, from executive boardrooms to front-line operations. These sessions have helped teams unlock creativity, align around shared goals, and see their work through the eyes of the client. They have also pushed me to grow and learn and to never stop.
As a lecturer at the Cape Town Creative Academy, I taught Interaction Design through hands-on, real-world projects, helping emerging designers understand the bridge between concept and craft.
I’ve also been instrumental in collaborating with experts to build some of the broadest, most complex platform strategies within large orgs digital ecosystems. I love being empowered to translate business vision into design-led systems that scale.

At Sanlam Smart Invest, I reimagined the investment journey, turning complex financial decisions into intuitive, goal-based experiences that empower everyday investors nd earned a Bronze Loerie Award for digital design.
For me, design excellence is not perfection, it’s coherence. It’s about creating design languages that are elegant, inclusive, and scalable, ensuring every interaction feels intentional and human.

How I deliver:
Collaboration is at the heart of how I work. I translate between disciplines, aligning business, design, and technology around shared outcomes.
At Capitec, I co-created the Responsible Credit Experience Vision, partnering with business, data, and risk teams to design the first measurable framework for trust and confidence in digital lending.
At Bonitas, I worked with the Brandlove team with the Bonita’s executives, brokers, and front-line staff to co-design a new CX operating model, reimagining retention and service journeys that directly improved member loyalty and cultural alignment.
During the Kenya Executive Strategy Workshop, I was part of guiding multi-unit leadership teams through a week-long co-creation process using Lego Serious Play, helping them visualise and align their business-unit strategies into one cohesive enterprise vision.
Whether in workshops, strategic sprints, or delivery meetings, I bring a language that unites creativity and accountability ensuring that every design conversation leads to business impact. (And sometimes it fails, and maybe thats where we learn the most)
